The dance studio is located in a Grade A commercial building - [China Shipbuilding Tower]
which boasts extremely convenient transportation. It is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest MTR station.
The studio has a high ceiling of 14 feet and features floor-to-ceiling glass design that allows ample natural light and an unobstructed view.
The environment is serene and comfortable, providing a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for students to dance in. With these outstanding facilities, the studio offers a perfect learning and dancing experience.

適合不同團體、Freelance導師或個人練習，舞蹈瑜伽，排練試鏡或廣告拍攝。
Suitable for different groups, freelance instructor or individuals to practice dance, yoga, rehearsal, audition or even commercial shooting.
場地只接受赤腳／舞蹈鞋使用。
The venue only accepts barefoot or dance shoe use.
優惠時段 (星期一至五 10:00 - 18:00) 每小時 $190 (最少1.5小時)
Happy Hour (Mon to Fri 10:00 - 18:00) Minimum 1.5 Hour Booking $190

- 場地租用程序和付款方法 -
1) 使用者申請租用並於本場地同意確定後翌日起5日內繳納場地租用費用30%訂金，
餘款請在第一次使用場地時現金付款。
2) 本校保留審核同意權利，經核准且租借使用者繳交訂金後始完成場地申請及保留作業，
但租借使用者未繳交訂金前，本校保有更動之權利。
3) 租借使用者向本校取消訂租，已繳交之訂金概不受理退費，本校不設退回餘下場地租用款項。
- 場地租借注意事項 -
1) 租借使用者承租場地活動期間，若經發現有違反原場地申請使用功能性質或規定，本校得逕行制止租借使用者相關活動進行及取消場地租借，
租借使用者已繳付場地租借費用不予退還，租借使用者不得有異議或要求賠償。
2) 如遇天災或其他不可抗拒之特殊事故，或因本場地因素，致使租借使用者無法使用場地，得申請改期，如無法改期，本校無息退還已繳之費用，租借使用者不得異議及請求賠償。
3) 租借使用者請愛護場地之所有設施，包括地板、鏡子、音響器材及一切用具等等...煩請將場地恢復原狀，如發現場地使用後有任何損失，按價賠償。
4) 租借場地必須準時使用，並且準時歸還，避免影響之後租借人的權益。
5) 本場地內禁止飲食!!礦泉水除外。
離開場地時緊記請把所有冷氣，洗手間燈制，所有燈光，音樂播放機關上。敬請合作！
